General Electric Theater (1955)
Diahann Carroll's first appearance as actress in a television series came in the form of "Winner By Decision", an episode of the Ronald Reagan hosted General Electric Theater. Starring Harry Belafonte as a troubled boxer with Diahann as his girlfriend. The episode also featured Ethel Waters. First aired November 6, 1955.
